Advocacy strategies and resources

Talking with our youth about sensitive topics is essential to their development, but it can be a challenge. SFCASA is pleased to provide conversation points and resources to support "Real Talks" with youth.  

Each month we will provide resources on a new topic. 

You will not necessarily use the resources and activities provided directly with your youth, though you are welcome to, if appropriate. Instead, you can use the content as a starting point to raise topics that might otherwise be difficult to discuss. 

Please take a moment to read the linked resources and get into conversation with your Case Supervisor about how to customize a conversation to best suit the youth you serve. You will not necessarily use the resources and activities provided directly with your youth (though you can if you think it appropriate). But you can use the content as a jumping off point and an inspiration to broach topics that you might otherwise avoid.
